Combining the non-stop movement and athletic endurance of soccer with the aerial passing skills of football, a game of Ultimate is played by two five to seven-player squads with a high-tech plastic disc.  The objective of the game is to score by catching a pass in the opponent's end zone.  A player must stop running while in possession of the disc, but may pivot and pass to any of the other receivers on the field.  More (UPA)
"Howard County Ultimate is great for our summer ... it's only one day a week, it's in the cooler evening hours, the kids learn respect and fair play, and it's a relaxed environment"

genuine, unsolicited parent testimony - honest!
The season runs June & July (on Wednesday or Thursday evenings for 90 minutes) plus a end-of-season tournament & family picnic (Saturday).  League Calendar

Players should bring: water, running shoes or cleats, water, towel, water, bug spray, water, healthy snack, and yes, water!
Parents should bring a chair and enjoy the games! If you are unable to stay, plan to have an adult driver responsible for your child -- storms can spring up quickly.
